Define nightmares... dreams that scare you? Dreams that have negative elements in it?
Yesterday,
I dreamt about school...
I dreamt about the studying life back in Cape Town...
I dreamt not once, twice or thrice...
Forgotten how many times I've dreamt.... just kept waking up, sleep, dreaming about stressful matters, wake up and repeat the sequence again.
And this morning, I had some heart pains again(I wonder if it is the chips I ate last night).
Damn~ all of a sudden, I remembered what nightmares are.
I used to enjoy them, since they are kinda exciting... chased by some kind of danger, constantly thinking about ways to fight for your survival...the adrenalin rush.
Almost like watching a good horror or action movie.
Now, I realised that it is just a bad dream, not a true nightmare.
True nightmares...
Brushes on the stresses in reality...
that you face and draws the...
nasty bits of them and
magnify them!
That of which, makes em' most annoying~
